The Davey Microlene Carbon Filter Cartridge PPAC (Pleated Polyester Powdered Activated Carbon) series of are constructed totally of FDA grade materials.

They have combination sediment and chlorine reduction capabilities.

This unique construction of the PPAC series means that it has a large filtration area and can handle higher flow rates than other carbon cartridges.

PPAC series cartridges are excellent polishing filters, closed loop streams and are ideal for post reverse osmosis applications. These cartridges are for cold water use.

Applications PPAC cartridges are recommended for use when sediment removal is desired to be combined with taste and odour reduction.

PPAC cartridges are not recommended for removal of organics, pesticides or THMs
